- 3 green tea bags
- 600 ml water
- 50 g cane sugar
- 8 slices ginger
- 100 ml fresh lemon juice
- crushed ice or ice cubes
- lemon slices untreated
- mint

Instructions
- Brew the tea with boiling water. Leave to stand for approx. 5 minutes.
- Add the cane sugar and finely chopped ginger slices. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool.
- Mix the cooled tea with the lemon juice. Pour the tea into glasses. Add one tablespoon of crushed ice to each glass. Garnish with the lemon slices and sprigs of mint.
