- 160 g millet
- 500 ml water
- 600 ml almond milk
- 1/2 paket bourbon-vanilla sugar 4 g
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
- 4 figs
- 3-4 tbsp sugar beet molasses
- 20 g chia-seeds

Instructions
- Boil the millet in water and almond milk until fully cooked. Season with vanilla sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Spoon into bowls.
- Cut the figs into segments and place them on top of the porridge, drizzle with the molasses and sprinkle with chia seeds to add some crunch.
