  1. Boil the millet in water and almond milk until fully cooked. Season with vanilla sugar, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Spoon into bowls.
  2. Cut the figs into segments and place them on top of the porridge, drizzle with the molasses and sprinkle with chia seeds to add some crunch.
