A fruity green smoothie with a ginger kick
- 1 small banana
- ½ pear
- 30 g baby-spinach
- 20 g kale
- 100 ml apple juice
- 1 piece fresh ginger
- 50 ml water
- Peel fruit and ginger and chop into small pieces.
- Wash the spinach and kale and chop finely.
- Purée all ingredients in a mixer.
