- 50 g oatmeal approx. 5 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp sugar or honey
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp dried apricots chopped
- 2 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp pistachios
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 150 ml water

Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the water in a microwaveable dish.
- When you get hungry, add the water and cook in the microwave at 600 watts for two minutes. Leave to stand for two minutes before eating. If you do not have access to a microwave, simply leave the mixture to soak for a half hour and enjoy your breakfast cold.
