- 75 g oats
- 75 g almonds whole, unblanched
- 75 g peanuts salted
- 30 g Amaranth puffed
- 90 g cranberryies dried
- 45 g coconut oil
- 60 g agave syrup
- 20 g dark chocolate couverture

Instructions
- Roughly grind the oats, almonds and peanuts using a food processor. Add the amaranth and cranberries and mix.
- Heat the coconut oil with the agave syrup and pour over the nut mixture. To ensure the bars do not break after baking, it is important to mix all the ingredients well.
- Line a baking pan with baking paper and spread the mixture evenly in the pan, about 1cm thick. Bake in the oven at approx. 170°C (fan) for 15 minutes until the mixture has browned nicely.
- Allow the mixture to cool completely after baking. The bars can then be cut into the desired shape. Decorate with a little liquid dark chocolate couverture. Store the bars in a cool, dry place.
